Don’t let the 3 star classification fool you. If I was told that this was a four star hotel, I would not question it at all. It had such a warm and cozy feel to it starting from the lobby area and up to the room during my student was a medium size one since I was travel solo But if you’re traveling as a couple, you might wanna get a bigger room. Was very friendly and helpful, the room, and the general areas were very clean, and the location was amazing. I have not tried their breakfast as I wanted to discover nearby places. Another plus was that you could open all the windows in the room to get fresh air. This was extra helpful as they had no ac in September. If you prefer cold room to sleep in, this might not be the right one for you around this time. Brenda at the lobby is very nice and Brandon at the lobby is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay ay Hygge again.

Bon hôtel ! Propre. Chambre et lit confortable. Nous avons pu demander une bouilloire et laisser nos affaires à la réception avant de pouvoir accéder à la chambre 👍🏼. Seule chose à redire, le petit déjeuner n’avait rien d’extraordinaire et il y avait du monde donc l’organisation n’était pas parfaite.

방 크기가 작아서 캐리어를 펼수가 없네오.하지만 깔끔하고 화장실이 넘 예뻐요.커피머신이 있어서 캡슐로 커피도 마시구 근처 도보로 관공하기도 좋아요.

Great hotel, clean room, and the location is nice too. The counter is also supportive and will help you to store your luggage in case you need to visit somewhere else during your checkout

There is no way to reach the hotel via phone or email. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Accidentally left a valuable item in the hotel. They will not respond to try and get it shipped even offered to pay. Called over 12 times with no answer and sent 4 emails no responses. Disappointing, my bad for leaving something but they could have the decency to answer the phone.

飯店距離車站及主要的景點區有一點距離，前往飯店的時候很多上坡路段，遇到部分路段在施工。飯店大廳有多不同風格的休息區，算寬敞，有電梯可以搭乘。房間內風格極簡，環境算乾淨，空間較小（稍嫌擁擠，無法平放兩個打開的行李箱）；淋浴間有花灑，強度很夠，但排水很慢；房內無空調需開窗透氣，但開窗後外面路上的聲音很吵雜。早餐樣式豐富、美味，熱水需要去櫃檯才有。飯店櫃檯人員親切、友善，退房時還遇到一位會說中文的女生。
